The Pink Pledge

As part of our #WomenEverywhere breast cancer campaign, we started an initiative called #ThePinkPledge

The goal is to encourage ladies to reduce their risk of breast cancer by doing the following;

1. Conducting a breast self examination at least once a month.

2. Having a clinical breast examination done by a healthcare professional at least once a year.

3. Speaking to a doctor about other recommended breast cancer screening tests (i.e mammograms) especially from the age of 40 and upwards.

So far, we have had hundreds of women take #ThePinkPledge and even some men.

Ladies, you can take #ThePinkPledge at canceraware.org.ng/thepinkpledge
