Individuals can reduce their risk of many common cancers by maintaining a healthy weight and making physical activity part of their everyday lives. . . Being obese or overweight increases the risk of developing at least 10 types of cancer. . . These include; colon cancer, breast cancer, uterine cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, cancer of the oesophagus, kidney cancer, liver cancer, advanced prostate cancer and gallbladder cancer. . .
