Today is Cancer Survivors Day.⠀
It is an annual, worldwide Celebration of Life held on the first Sunday in June to recognise cancer survivors, to bring attention to the ongoing challenges cancer survivors face, and to celebrate life. ⠀
According to the National Cancer Survivors Day Foundation, "a ‘survivor’ is anyone living with a history of cancer – from the moment of diagnosis through the remainder of life.”⠀
Today, at CancerAware, we appreciate and celebrate the beautiful and brave women and men whom we have supported and walked together with on their cancer journey and we remember those who are no longer with us.
We will never forget you and will keep working hard to #SeeTheEnd of cancer in our lifetime.⠀
