Ladies, when last did you do a breast self examination?
Breast self examinations are best done the week after your period ends and you should set a reminder to do them every month. If you have gone through menopause, do your exam on the same day every month.
We encourage women to practice “Breast Self-Awareness” which simply means 'Knowing your Normal'; know how your breasts look and feel, so if there is any change, you can quickly notice and investigate.
